Ordering online is child's play…until it's not! Occasionally problems occur (yes, we're optimistic). Our birthday decorations are operated by Zazzle, where they are created, printed, shipped and your payment is processed through them.

To rectify any issues with your order, we ask you to email support@zazzle.com and include your Order ID number, pictures, and a brief explanations of the condition of the item(s) you received.  We are confident that Zazzle will aid you in finding a resolution.
