Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can submit a Request for Return by emailing us at sales@joolstv.com. Include the

order number and the reason for your request. We will review the issue and do our very best to make it better! JOOLS TV does NOT offer any refunds on any purchases, but we will issue an e-gift card in the amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs. The e-gift card will be issued to the email associated with your order, and will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your order back. JOOLS TV reserves the right to refuse your return. We urge you to refer to the size & color charts before ordering.

Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?

Ordering online is child's play…until it's not! Occasionally problems occur (yes, we're optimistic). If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can submit a Request for Return by emailing us at sales@joolstv.com. Include the order number and the reason for your request. We will review the issue and do our very best to make it better!
